Travis is 6!

Well no baby today as the C-section was postponed to Friday, I guess we forgot to tell this little guy that we were ready for him now. We have had a busy weekend as we celebrated Travis' 6th birthday. He had a great time at McDonald's with some of his friends on Saturday. Monday he brought sugar cookies to school to share with his class then we went out to eat at Fuddruckers with Kristi, Mark and their family. Yesterday my Mom arrived so we completed the birthday celebration by her taking him to Toys R Us to pick out a toy (way too many choices, he was very overwhelmed but after almost two hours finally chose something). When then picked up tacos from Taco Bell and came home to eat them on Pirate party plates. Travis had decided to try a ice cream cake from DQ this year as he is really not a cake person. He loved the ice cream cake and ate a huge piece. It was fun to see him so excited about this cake. Fun times and I was actually there to enjoy all of it. Now we are ready to more onto welcoming this new baby, if he ever comes...
