Pokemon

Pokemon cards are the big thing at Brandon and Travis' school. It has been interesting to help them learn how to make a fair trade. At first Brandon was giving away cards or trading three or four of his cards for one of theirs. He lost half his cards this way but after several talks and some role playing he is now aware of what is fair and what isn't (he once traded two cards for $5; since you can buy 10 cards for $3.99 he had to return the money). Trading cards seems to be a good way to teach important lessons on trade, value and making sure everything is fair for all involved. The game is pretty fun too! Thanks to Nana and Pappy for the puzzle and to Grandma and Grandpa for helping the boys start it. Thought you might like to see it put together. The boys had fun when it was all finished putting stickers by all the Pokemon that they had the cards for.
