I can't believe it has already been one month and yet in some ways it seems that Frederick has been a part of our family for much longer. Frederick wanted to stay up late celebrating so didn't go to sleep until midnight but then slept until 6:00 am. After eating he went back to sleep until 9:00. Alex and I really enjoyed the extra sleep. Last night was back to his old pattern of going to sleep around 10, eating at 2 and 5 then up around 8. Frederick is such a joy, very happy and cuddly we are so grateful to have him in our family!
We are all doing great, Brandon and Travis and enjoying summer break. Brandon has joined the Penguin Club and so is swimming laps for an hour every day and loving every second of it. He will be quite the swimmer by the end of the summer. Alex is going to give Travis private swim lessons starting in a few weeks so that he too will become a strong swimmer. If the weather ever warms up we are looking forward to visiting the nearby water parks and plan on picking lots of berries as we only have two jars of jam left. We look forward to seeing lots of family in a few weeks for Frederick's blessing and the building of our patio cover!

Frederick is so adorable! I love his snuggly outfit and am glad to hear he is giving you some sporadic good sleep! What a lucky little guy to be in your family.
He looks raring to go...and so are we! He's going to be SUCH FUN to play with, don't you think Brandon and Travis?
